Custom software is developed strictly according to requirements approved in the Statement of Work (SOW).
No Universal Warranty:
Software performance and suitability depend on the approved specifications and client-provided inputs.
Integrations & Compatibility:
Issues arising from third-party integrations, legacy systems, or hardware not covered in the SOW are excluded from warranty.
Ownership & Access:
The Client receives usage rights to the deployed application. Source code ownership remains with Roftr Clouds LLP as long as hosting, maintenance or support services remain active.

Trial access is provided solely for evaluation purposes.
"AS IS" Basis:
Trial versions are provided without any express or implied warranty.
Functionality:
Trial builds may contain bugs, incomplete features or limitations.
Data Responsibility:
Clients assume full responsibility for any data used during the trial period. Roftr Clouds LLP is not liable for data loss or damages.
