Last Updated: 16 January 2026
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms, rules and procedures for terminating any service, project or subscription provided by Roftr Clouds LLP.
1. Custom Software Project Cancellation
1.1 Notice of Cancellation:
The Client must submit a written cancellation request to support@roftr.com at least three (3) calendar days prior to the intended termination date.
1.2 Financial Obligation:
The Client remains responsible for all accrued billable man-hours, resources consumed and services rendered up to the cancellation date. Charges are calculated in accordance with the Refund Policy.
1.3 Data and Source Code Handling:
- Client Instruction Provided: If the Client explicitly requests data and source code deletion via email, Roftr Clouds LLP will permanently delete all stored data and code on the same day.
- No Instruction Provided: If no deletion instruction is received, Roftr Clouds LLP will retain a secure backup of the application and database for one (1) calendar year. After this period, all data and code will be permanently deleted without further notice.
2. Cancellation of Recurring Services
This section applies to hosting, maintenance, domain renewals, email services, server access and all subscription-based services.
2.1 Cancellation Requirement:
To avoid charges for the next renewal cycle, the Client must submit a cancellation request to support@roftr.com at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date.
2.2 Non-Refundable Renewal Period:
If a service has already been paid for a fixed term (for example, annual hosting), the service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
No pro-rata or partial refund will be issued for unused time. If renewal payment is not completed, the service will automatically terminate on the renewal date.
3. Trial Period Clause
Roftr Clouds LLP may offer a 15-day free trial for selected software products to allow Clients to evaluate features, performance and suitability.
By proceeding with payment after the trial period, the Client confirms that they have fully evaluated the solution and accept its functionality, performance and compatibility with their business requirements.
