We are looking for a motivated fresher who is eager to grow into a client-facing and operations-oriented role. This position is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in client management, project coordination, branding strategy, and digital marketing, especially within a software products company.

This is a training-first role. You will be guided and mentored, but we expect strong ownership, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in client communication and follow-ups to ensure tasks and deliverables stay on track
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track assigned tasks and timelines
  • Maintain clear reporting and status updates for projects and internal activities
  • Support planning and execution of branding and marketing initiatives for company products and clients
  • Research and explore new marketing trends and branding strategies relevant to software products
  • Help organize work schedules, priorities, and task flows across teams
  • Gradually take ownership of assigned responsibilities as training progresses

Who We Are Looking For

  • Education: MA in English Literature, MBA/MMS in Marketing, or any Master’s in Business Studies.
  • Fresh Talent: Must have graduated within the last 4 years (2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025).
  • The "Accountability" Factor: You are someone who takes pride in your work and understands the responsibility that comes with your role.
