• Add/Edit location details, additional information on location, set property on the google map to make the property location look more real
• Add/edit/remove the pictures for the property to elaborate much about the property which makes the property more outselling one, The added photos are shown using javascript slideshow which is fast and elegant.
• Add/Edit 160 characters text advertisement for the property to enable the public to receive the information about the property to their mobile phone using SMS API integration.
• Fill the availability calendar of the property for a year to show the availability details of the property for the forthcoming year
• Fill the special offer on several on-season or off-season occasion to pull the crowd, It also associated with the availability calendar, where the special offer days are highlighted with the special background color
• To pay the cost for the additional features with the admin managed currencies and to review the ratings done for their properties by the users

For Customers / General Users

• Search for the desired property with the several search constraints like no. of bedrooms, location, facilities, etc.,
• Book mark the desired properties for the future reference
• Send the enquiry for the desired property which will fetch business for the advertiser, if the advertiser feels the enquiry as potential, they can reply enquiry, which the user can view through the user panel.
• Email the property links to the desired contacts which will spread the property details thus increasing the business for the advertiser.
• Have the watch list of the properties, which will auto email the user if the property in the watch list runs a special offer.
• Manage the property alert which will auto notify if any property is added with the constraint that the user is looking for
• Save searches to make the same search in the future too.

Get the details of the desired property to their mobile phone by sending the property id to any predefined short code [Based on the client’s request]. It is achieved by SMS API integration.
