Our Product development process is structured into the following steps:

• We forward a Techno-Commercial proposal that includes the estimates of the man-days, the cost and the time mile stone plan.
• After the finalization of the project in our favour, the job of our system analysts starts by analyzing and designing the system to keep our understanding in synchronization with the requirements of your business model.
• Our analysts will spend significant time in listening and studying the application scopes of the software that your business needs.
• Afterwards we will evaluate a development blueprint containing the System Requirements.
• Then our development team, led by the Project Managers, will begin the process of software development in line with the development plan and time schedule agreed with our client.
  We will be in touch with our client and keep them well informed with the status and progress of the job of development at all stages.
• At regular intervals, we’ll inform the clients and stage a demo on the process so that the client will feel secured on the product development.
• When the phase of coding is finished, we put our dedicated team of testers to the testing of the solution so as the level of bugs can be minimized.

Later we deploy the product for the clients test run in our own server where the client can test the product, once they are satisfied with the product, we’ll deploy the product in the client’s server.
